| Are lighters illegal for people under 18? I just heard this recently from a few people, I never thought and still find it hard to believe....so is this true? I live in CA |

| Well I live in Massachusetts, and I know that your supposed to be 18+ to be able to buy one - I don't think a lot of people know about this though, because it doesn't seem to be inforced that much, be yea it's true...I think the same law aply's with matches too heh O_o |

only illegal to purchase at 18. You can possess it any time. Like cigarettes. They dont care if you smoke them, but if you buy them youre in trouble @ 17. Weird law but I guess it makes it so people with no older friends cant do it...or if they dont know someone who knows an older person...
ive been drinking for 5 years. I turn legal in 3 months. What a system :rolleyes: |

you can either ask someone around the store to go in and get it for you, or you can just roll a joint and use the cigarette lighter as you normally would. |
