Review: Industry Reunion @ Koolhaus

I know desidel made a single thread to review the whole event, but I decided to make a separate review, though it may not fare well in a trance forum.
As much as I love trance, this was one night of sick sick house music. Me, jennysomethingsomething, and a few other friends hung out in D'Luxe until our boys could get us into Koolhaus (thumbs up to hookups) around 2:45. Kenny Glasgow was on when we got in, and wow...he killed the decks with some funky ass beats, then Cevin Fisher came on, and rocked some bad ass tribal house, and I began to lose focus after that, but the music was freakin hot all night long.
Good crowd...mostly guys, but no drama, and hot girls too :) |

It's PIE...JennyPIE, you bastard! Still love ya though, and I'll agree - great times, hook-ups are good. Two free parties are better than none, and I think it added to the night being so good. No money paid=no money wasted. Though I always have a good time. And you shoulda come to the Zone! Addy threw down one SICK set!
BTW, while at the Zone, I was talking to two of quite possibly the stupidest chicks ever. There I was at the bathroom mirror, wiping the sweat from my face when one of these dummys says to me, "Where were you last night?" I told her I was at the KH and the other moron says, "Oh, ty "concert" eh?" Like, WTF?? Concert?? ing dumbass. First off, I wouldn't call it a concert, second, I had a great time. Then they were talking about the Zone, and the one chick says "Everyone only comes here for one reason...to get high." Again, ing dumbass. I told her "Actually, I come here for the music." And then she says, "I don't like the music." This is of course after she says she doesn't get high either. I have one question for that girl: what the were you doing there then???
Jesus Christ, where do these people come from? I'm not surprised I met her at the Zone.
Anywho, that's my review of a kickass night turned into a rant, heh.

hmmm...i think we relegated later that night that i should have gone to the zone, but i decided (well, someone actually decided for me) to go to chill with *unmentionable*. it must have been something i ate. :whip: :mad:
