I guess its a rip you got...and not full quality..
If so I dont bother much, but if you got a full quality version and no a rip, then I would be very interested in hearing where you got it from! Respect for choosing it for your tracklist! Thanks!

Happy new year! :)

Hey Andreas, i'm not saying that you shouldn't have picked the remixers but were they necessary? I mean Sonic Rush and Morning Snow were brilliant and i don't think any remixes would have improved it a slight.

This would have been better if we had a another song from you on the flip.

Happy New Year to you and everyone too!

Well I didnt really pick the remixes....I know these guys and they heard the track, and they said, we wanna remix this, so I said, okay go ahead.

From the beginning my thought was to make a ...

Havannah - Havannah (Dréas remix)

But after starting on a beat I felt, nah, I better work on a new track instead, so thats what I did...

Also, as you said I could have put another of my tracks on the B-side, but the sound of Havannah is a bit different towards my ordinarie "dreas sound"....so when I make another Havannah track it will be only a A-side track...with remixes...

I think the follow up to Sonic Rush will get a remix...but I dont know who yet...we will see...maybe I'll change my mind... :)
Psygnosis
Nah man, Sonic Rush or even Morning Snow definetly doesn't need a remix, it's perfect.

The thing is that i compare you and your style to Matt Dareys old style...it's unique...everyone who remixed them just didn't sound better than the Original, in this case i just know that your own Original will blow away the remixes...

Also the main reason i love the Sonic Rush / Morning Snow vinyl is that both sides are awesome, i mean usually record companies have the tendency to put one quality and one poor quality song on the vinyl...In this case this vinyl is one of my favorite in my collection atm, i might buy another just to frame for its perfection hehe..

I also think a Dreas remix of Havannah would of just been awesome, the uplifting power with those guitars would have been cool.

Cheers,
Mehran

I personally dont want to make any BAD tracks....so I'll try my best to keep it up! :)

Have a great weekend!

is the remix of cultivate - broken pieces out yet? this is the first time ive heard it and it is amazing man.nice and proggy and chilled.anymore info on it?

cheers commisad,great mix BTW!

No, I don't think the Max Graham remix has been released, I'll check into that though. I also like the Dale Askew Liberation mix, but lots of people have been dropping that lately, plus the Max Graham one just fit so much more nicely in.

And yes, I agree, you're doing some great stuff Andreas, keep it up =)
I'll get back to your pm in a sec, gonna grab some brunch first.

Thanks for the support Pete. =)

I just discovered from someone the first mix had an incorrect URL, but had the correct filename.. which is odd.

{a href="blahblah_1.mp3"}blahblah_01.mp3{/a}

Anyways, anyone who got jipped downloading 9.7 megs when they expected more for the 12-17-03 Trancentral one, I fixed the link. I had originally uploaded the file with extension _1.mp3, and the upload failed, so I had to rename the file since they don't allow overwrite or viewing of files. Hehe, my bad. I simply corrected the href, so I shouldn't have to change anything from the original post.
