First, thanks!

I tried this way but it wasn't the same sound as you put here.
Can someone upload the finished Pro-53's file then I'll see the difference?

Much gratitude to you, this will prove useful in my quest to produce at least semi-decent trance :)

My remix is gonna sound a bit better now :D

Ahh thx SoM, I followed your tutorial and realized that this sound really is pretty simple to recreate so I managed to make a pretty decent supersaw with the Malström too.

My tip for everyone reading this is to try understanding what all that knob-turning does instead of just blindly following the tutorial. Learned me something at least! :toothless:

I'm a bit confused. But now I think I know

Hi State of Matter,

Great sound, but just wondering: if there are no voices left for other notes, how are you supposed to play chords with this supersaw pad patch or isn't that possible?! I mean, isn't the idea of pad/string sounds that you can play them as chords? You can do this on the JP8000, am I right?! Also, if you can only play 1 note at the time, won't the the first note be cut off as soon as you hit a new note, so that you won't have a smooth transition between notes?

PS: in that clip of your track Sapphire that you posted, did you play chords or is that a single note?

Thanks in advance for the info!
thecYrus
you can use multiple instance of pro53 for chords..

1. All you gotta do is clone the pro 53 and have two instances of the same patch to use chords, which is what i do in ever track.
2. The number of voices used has nothing to do with note transition, if you use the amplifier settings i said, the transition will be smooth.
