i'm not sure if this is the place to post and ask this, but i'm stumped on how to get rid of the 3 seconds when i burn mp3s to a cd. whatever i use, ez cd creator or nero, there's always 3 seconds of silence that it counts down before each track plays. on nero i tried setting the pause to 0, and the 3 seconds are still there. anyone know a way to get rid of it or a program that does this? i'm using disc-at-once also and i thought that's what it did.

when using nero u set the pause to 0 and u still get the three secs of silence..hmm. I dunno then. Try changing it from Seconds to frames. U can change em all but track 1. Maybe that will help out
m1ke101
how would you change the frames instead? anyone else have any ideas?
j_spot
same way u change the delay. Highlight all track, right click, go to properties, on the first tab, change the pause to 0, go over and change it from Seconds to frames

have u try burning at disc-at-once?

Is the option of taking out the 3 secs on CD creator too ?

Dood disc-at-once works for me in adaptec ez cd creator, there is never any audible track breaks.
Eugene
It's called Disc-at-once
When you burn a CD, specify that you want "Disc At Once" rather than any other recording method.

And before u do this try encoding ur mixed songs into wav first and then as Eugene said burn a cd in Disc-at-once mode. That'd help 100%.I figured that out awhile ago.U will not hear a gap between'em may be just like a lil' almost un-noticable skip sound.
Peace out.

yeah !!!! this is awesome news .. I've had CD creator for a while now .. and never used that Disc at once option .. this is great for when you get the tracks of a certain mixed CD, and you want them put together to sound as if it was still the original CD  GREAT!
Thanx guys !
