I just downloaded Tiesto live @ Innercity 2003 out of curiosity..

Check it out here, if you don't already have it:

I'm sorry, but the track at 55 mins is techno, and I ing love it. :D

Tiesto will always be my fave "trance" DJ because he's not afraid to introduce some drastically different genres into his sets.
Mr Rogers
amazing pics!!

Hey Skipper where did you get the full set? Your link doesn't work but I might grab it somehow. I got only 70 minutes of his set but his whole set was just over 2 hours I think. He played a lot harder than usual and he did play quite techno-ish there for sure!

Drastically different genres are GOOD! But the dj has to learn to mix between them properly (I mean in terms of flow...) if I move from a prog track to techno tune and then drop an uplifting trance tune and then a breaks tune and it doesn't flow in terms of how the songs sound then it will be ty in terms of pure flow of the set, the mood the dj creates. It's supposed to be all smooth and the set should go somewhere...not just drop good sounding tracks at the wrong times...IMO...

Good pics btw. I NEED to hit up Innercity as a party in Holland...
