I couldn't find another topic about this. Did anyone see this interview? I just downloaded it and going to watch it now.

The interview is 35 minutes and the file is over 500 MB

Post a review after you watch it...

There is a text version of the interview at tiesto.com

Some interesting things:

There is going to be another Tiesto In Concert at the end of May 2004

He is also talking about 'Fairlight Distriction', the track is not his and thats probably not even the title, and he doesn't want to tell who is behind it.

He is also talking about what went wrong at that NEC party.

Nice Interview to watch on a boring day like this :p

It's cool to see him response on what happened at NEC. On the other hand I think this is the main reason for this video.

What I also found interesting was the Fact that Moby - Go was one of his favourite tracks. He says he's stopped remixing for now but I would love to see a remix of this tune from him to pop up in the future.

I watched it earlier on today...it took me about 10 seconds to download so that was pretty sweet. I thought it was a great interview... I love him soo much! It sucks though that he won't be coming back to America until June:(

it's ok.... no use for the 520mb version though... who carez about high quality when there's no video or music in it... waste of bandwith :)

i enjoyed the interview a lot. yeah it's disappointing that he isnt comming back to the states till june, but i guess that means we'll all be that much more amped for him when he does return.

usually the questions that get asked in dj interviews i find very blah, but i have to say there were a lot of diverse topics that were asked of him.

it was nice to know that if a bunch of us make signs saying "please play silence" he would grant us that request at a show. i understand that he has played the song so many times, but it is an all time classic and my favorite song of all time.

and yes it was nice to have a long interview to watch on a day like yesterday with not much else to do after opening presents and what not.

Great interview. His Live in Concert in Arhem was definately also my favorite set from him this year. Andain and Jan Johnston join him on stage.

For those who havent seen it, he plans on hitting up South America in early 2004 and he's going to be releasing a new CD and new material early in the new year too :eyes:

Looks like he might play Silence in Aus too! ;)

I'm really looking forward to seeing him live again, i've never had such as experience since i saw him here.

Glad to see Tiesto is focusing on his own work now. Hopefully Nyana does see a release. Tiesto mentions Fairlight Distriction as a secret weapon, produced by someone else? Anyone got any hunches on who this might be? Up and coming talent on Blackhole Recordings maybe? A new production from one of Tiesto's aliases maybe?
Wretched
for the uninformed few, what happened at NEC?
