Room for Rent - male preferred

Hey guys. My roommate, Jason, is moving out of our apartment and into an apt with his girlfriend. So me and my OTHER roommate, Morgan, need a new roomie. We live in Astoria, Queens.
Anyone looking for an apartment? It's $575/month + utilities. The room is small but it has A/C and digital cable and Road Runner. We have a large kitchen, living room and dining room, a terrace and a small backyard. Parking sucks ass but it's doable.
The desired roomie must be male, clubber-friendly and fun. Relatively neat but we do most of the cleaning anyway. We only ask that you do your own dishes.
So, if anyone knows anyone or you are looking yourself, let me know :) The room is available February 1st.

I'm actually looking for a new apt. My current space is a bit expensive for me right now. I would be looking to move end of Jan. I'm debating between moving to jersey (1st option), or queens (2nd). I will let you know soon.
