Go and buy..
Sonic Foundry - Acid Pro 4

Both are good. |

I've got a program called winbpm. It's free to download and works fine. You just tap the space bar to the beat and it gives you a read out. It's all you need really.
Just search google for it. |

| I think if you open up visualization studio in winamp, theres a bpm counter... Its there to help the graphics but it shows you the bpms in a little display. Don't know how good it is though. |

Sorry man but that is just ignorant.
Wat about software specifically designed for this task? (No, I'm not talking about amateur winamp-plugins now.) |
