*Scratches off " See KRaftwerk" off the "Things to do b4 I die" List.

My Father introduced me to them when I was just a child and I do beleive that this is the reason that I am into electronic music today.

ressurection!

so who is coming to this? i am going with my aunt and uncle (rofl, i know. but hey, they loved kraftwerk when they were new)

I won't be going. I let it go too long before I decided I wanted to go, and now I don't have the cash for it.

A friend of mine in Japan saw them twice - you guys going will love it.

OMG. I read about their World Tour last year, but I didn't think they'd be coming to Toronto that soon. Unfortunately, I cant come (I wish it was in the summer), even though I really like their music... Should be a very packed event. Don't know about the quality of their show though ... Godddddammmmit.

Hmmm ... trance (trans) europe express ... model ... we are the robots ... radioactivity ... etc :eyespop:

Just as I thought my life was getting better ... adding another regretful painful rejection to my long list ...
:(

I've put a couple of their old tracks in my bedroom DJ house sets - one is on http://www.globalbeatz.net - and their stuff still goes well with the new tunes.

I make music videos for fun. Got an itch to do one for "The Model".

CBC radio had someone talking about Kraftwerk for a while, maybe the Saturday show a few weeks ago. Apparently they ran out of steam in the early 1980's when large numbers of other people started making electronic music.
