Help With Winamp Please!

Hello,
For no reason I know of, winamp has since this morning started to play songs at what seems half the speed. The song sounds very slow....I have tried to uninstall/reinstall winamp, but it is still doing it. Does anyone out there know how to change this setting. If you do, please post it to this topic, I would be very greatful.

When you WinAmp is open, Press, CTL + P, this will open up your preferences, and then check which output you have selected in the Plug Ins, try to figure out which one is your default, mine is Nullsoft waveOut plug-in v2.02 (x86). Hope this helps and solves your problem.

Hello,
Thanks for your help, but I have found out that it is not only winamp that is playing slow...but all sound coming from my computer is playing slow. I have uninstalled/reinstalled my sound card, but it is still playing slow. Are there any window peeps out there that would know what would cause this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

well look at the control panel anything related to audio ...check it out and see if all options or preferences are correct....cuz if all programs do that then there something wrong with your configuration.... i would look at the Sound,System,MultiMedia,and SoundCard sections .....and see if everything is ok in the control panel!.....hope it helps!
