which programm for change the speed of a song?

with which programm can i change the beats per minute in a mp3 song (freeware/shareware)?

http://www.mp3doctor.com/ promises the ability to speed up/slow down mp3s, and make the volume equal (so they sound better when remixed).

If you have a Mac, the Acid family of software is good too ( http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.c.../acidfamily.asp ).

If you are using Winamp 2 you can download a plugin where you can alter the tempo. I forget what it's called but if you search on the winamp 2 plugins page and type 'tempo' you will find it. It's less than a megabite and very simple to use.

there so many...!if u search for plugings about pitching u may find thousands!i really like one which is called Atomix (or something like that)

You can do it really easily in traktor 1 or 2

..Well it's one of the first plugins that comes up anyway :P

There were a few when I last looked, but not thousands!

too bad itunes doesnt have a plug-in for pitch changing. hopefully a later version will have that option:(

I use an older little program called Goldwave, version 4.19 to be exact. It has a playback speed option. You can then resave the song at the slower or faster rate that you like. I use this to make really fast 150BPM+ mixes for the gym.
