Sigh, Don't think I'm gonna make it. 1) I don't think I'm going to get in! :( and 2) I'm moving out this weekend. *sigh*
We need another meetup before Brent leaves so we can all say goodbye! :( |

Yes, this is very confusing for all of us I'm sure, but until he learns to logout and log back in we will have to live with the confusion. :tongue3

is space doing that poorly that they have to offer free admission and 2 for 1 drink specials or is this something they are only doing for this party???
regardless, go see Ferry. I saw him 14 times in 2003 and I'll be seeing him the end of the month as well. He puts on 1 hell of a show and for those that haven't seen him in awhile he has changed his sound up a bit and I think for the better, but dont worry he will still be dropping the ferry classics with a giant grin :) |

damn, they must be hurting then. I know I would be with those prices, thats mad cheap considering NYC drink prices. Hopefully Space sells a lot of bottles in VIP and I know they are gonna lose out on a few free bottles when Ferry hits that place :p Can you say 3 bottles of champagne gone in 15 minutes haha
Look under the monitors. I think that was bottle #3 or 4 :stongue:

| they arent hurting, they just offer free admission until 1am to pack the people in there, the place really gets going around 4am and stays packed until noon. They just figure to get people there early who wouldnt normally go, and then they get money from drinks and also parking. DEFINETLY not hurting! |

I'm not saying its a bad thing, but Avalon in Boston started doing the same thing because they have been dead for like almost 2 years. They started a free admission policy before 11 pm to get people in the door and to me that only shows just how hard it is to convince people to even go out at all anymore. Glow was $15 when it opened and people complained about that too, just trying to get a view of how long space has been doing that because the old place never gave you anything for free |

| Space has always been thought of as an afterhours club in Miami. When they moved to the new and bigger location they decided they didnt want to just be known as an afterhours club. This is why they now try to get people in earlier. it is a smart idea because in america afterhour clubs usually dont have good reputations with local law enforcement. |
