A man with charisma, charm and looks to follow where has this superstar DJ dissapeared to. Once upon a time gracing the city of melbourne 2-3 times a year in the last year he has not beeen seen or heard of in melbourne. I for one can hold my chest up high and say i am a fan of his eclectic style.
A dj with minimal ego, who doesnt take himself serious, a ttrue champion.
Will he be back in melbourne ever again? |

yeah, i was hoping i'd get to see a judge jules set after i turned 18.
but yeah, haven't seen him anywhere or any new sets floatin around lately.
might be havin a breather? who knows?
let's hope he comes back soon |

| Jules is actually keeping himself very busy in Europe... although later this week he is touring Asia with sets in HK, Japan & Malaysia. He is booked up to play all of Feb in the UK. |

any reasons why hes completely avoided melbourne this year. All you guys on the board can give him , but he doesnt have the most succesful dance radio show in the world for no reason and yes his radio 1 show > asot :p He plays to the party for the party, shame no promoter in aus tried to pick him up. |

TT2003, all the TAs are gathered at the front waiting for Armin, Judge Jules is playing his crappy whatever-you-call-it music, we're all standing there with our arms folded :D
Then Armin walks on the stage, we're jumping up and down, cheering and clapping etc .. JJ looks up in delight thinking we're cheering for him, starts waving back.
"Get off the stage now you tosser, Armin's here!!"

u forgot the grossest part..........Jules chugs down about 5 bottles of wine during first half of his set...then realises he needs to go take a major leak...rather than doin the civilised thing and going to the bathroom, he runs down off the stage and ducks out the door behind it which went straight outside....my friends and i were standing front right - lucky us, cos we got a nice full on view of Jules flopping his icky lil u know what out and peeing right outside the door......ewww it was repulsive.......and he proceeded to do the same thing half an hour later.......mmm, classy...... then later, when armin had started, he had the nerve to run back up behind the decks and grab the half full bottle of wine he'd left there....and while he's up there he leans over and has a lil tweak of the mixer, during ARMIN'S track.............meh, was not impressed.... |

what a champ the jules, stories like these only enhance his reputation. I mean who wants to use those icky portable loos. Spewing he skipped the melbourne gig :( |
