how do i get the oceanlab vocals into reason?

hi. i downloaded them for a laugh to use as an acapela. but i dont know how to import them into reason. do i have to convert them to something then import them? what do i use for this? and when i do what do i load them into? the nn19 or something?

just chop em up in some wave editor software like soundforge or wavelab and load it into the nn-19 or nn-xt |

i took them into sound forge and saved them as .wav files but it still wont play them:conf: |

Yes it will.
Press the other load button at the top and not the one you use to load normal nn19 patches.
It would had played the aiff versions just fine too. |

it wont lol. maybe i haver a problem with my reason. i got it working now. i put it through recycle and did anll the place markers manualy. isnt sounding to bad either :) |

make sure u save them as 44khz
nn19 wont accept lower, i think.. |

it plays after u place the note
but u gotta expand the note to get the whole thing to play |

the vocals of Oceanlab - Sattelite?
The main vox sample has a pause in the beginning... cut that with Soundforge or another editing program
if u play it in reason it first plays the pause... after 2 minutes you can hear the intro vocals :)
thats why u can't hear anything
so just cut it with an editing program :)

Yeah, cut the "space" with soundforge and then you should get what do you want. |
