Check out the specs of your motherboard, but I'm guessing you don't know which mobo you have...
Maybe you can find something in your BIOS... |

Go to Start, Run and type in dxdiag.exe
I think this tells you the specs of everything(?) |

| If your comp is newer it'll say 2.0 somehwre on or around the port. 2.0 is hyped, so you'll know if you have it. What kind of comp?? |
