I asked this before but the answers I got then didn't really do it.
I got a couple of vocals, from some pop songs. So I want to just fun around with them. But the BPM problem is insane. is there a way to crack that BPM right on the head to know exactly how fast it is ? Or is it a bit of try and error ? |

What song is it? I usually just listen to the song and tap the beat into a BPM counter.
Try loading it into Traktor Dj studio as well, sometimes that helps. |

Changes, from tupac, I will try to do that then, I have a BPM counter on my keyboard.

Cubase has a tempo calculator that involves selecting a group of beats. It's very acurate. I think Soundforge and other wave editing programs have them too. That's the only way I know how to figure out tempo |

Ok I got soundforge and I tried that before, but I can't get it to work, I reread the instructions, but how do I do it aaaah. I searched on google too btw |

Doesnt anyone find the BPM manually anymore ?!?!?! |

I had to do it manually cause I was too stupid to do it otherwise lol :D
A silly question : Is it a standard to pick BPM on a round number, like 1, 2, and not 1.5, 1.2 etc... ? Just wondering for any future remix I attempt to make.
Cheers |

If u want it to be accurate u will have to get it to 3 or 4 decimal places like 140.589 or whatever |
