I recently upgraded from Windows ME to XP and used to use a program called ProTools Free by Digidesign to record my mixes. I don't think that ProTools is compatible with XP, and was wondering what you guys used for recording your mixes. Links would be extremely helpful.
Thanks.

Cubase and Izotope Ozone rub me the right way when recording mixes.

are these freeware downloadable programs or programs off-the-shelf?

Any of you guys have actual websites or can you find most of these in a search...?

Thanks again

total recorder is good for just recording, but it won't do anything else... google for it, it's a free download.
