btw, Junior Vasquez is the absolute worst DJ I have ever had the displeasure of seeing
he doesnt even TRY to mix, constant trainwrecks, no flow whatsoever
maybe he figures that he has been around so long and that he is a "legend" so he can do whatever the he wants
but jesus, he's just a disgrace at this point

retire already dude!

He's known for playing marathon sets. He did a 23-hour set at Exit for New Years Eve last year (2002->2003)
There is an unconfirmed report about him supposedly once playing for over 48 hours at Palladium many years ago.

The current record holder is US DJ Martin Boss, who played for 72 hours in Orlando

pls explain how JP did 72 hours on a "regular" basis when 72 hours is the record.

72 hrs.....damn. i dunno if i could sleep that long, albiet staying awake and DJing...nuts...
I think the flyer is a bit obscene, not a smart move imo. I mean they are totally turning away anyone but gay guys. Atleast let some poor fool try to pay, take his money before he walks right back out from all the gaydar...

I heard back in the day junior was the man. never got to see him, have no desire to see him now, but yes remember your roots guys.
IF IT WASN'T FOR GAY GUYS THERE WOULD BE NO HOUSE, NO SCENE AND CERTAINLY NO TRANCE!!!!!
THEY STARTED IT!!!! They should defiantely be allowed to have fun ect. but the flyer is a bit much, looks like a shot out of some porno...that's not going to help our scene if the wrong people see that.:nervous:
RaVeRSurGe_NYTA
the gays started the trance scene?

please xplain.
Wheel of Steel
they started the house scene which lead to clubbing we enjoy today. This is where it get's tricky for all you"trance addicts". Trance comes from goa. But the trance you probably like is drived partly from, we shall call i "psy trance" and also from house. For if you like trance in it's raw PURE form you would be going to every single mind blowing psy trance event.
The mainstream trance producers in europe were influnced by acid house and techno and "psy trance". So if it weren't for gay guys going nuts to house, it would have not have gotten so popular and the trance that you enjoy would not exist.

Hmm my last name is Vazquez.

I have nothing against gays but the gay azn dudes @ arc are ridiculously annoying and piss me off.

The flyer is not that crazy i liked it
