Sinus pressure building up...wanna take a sledge hammer to my nose...
i had few other clever things to say, but they seemed to have dissapeared from my stream of consciousness...oh well...
Anyone else going through their personal sinus hell like mois?? |

| SUDAFED!!! My sinues are always acting up...I've kind of gotten used to not even being able to smell anymore. :sadgreen: |

| everyone in our house is officially SICK. Although im getting over it, i seriously thought i was gonna get conjunctavitis. . . cuz i got a lil bit of it for 3 mornings straight. ewwwww. |

back from germany and now i am soo sick! :(
really bad sinus infection, and it's currently making it's way down to my chest. think it means it's leaving my body, none too soon.
few tips:
- LOTS of vitamin C
- LOTS of fluids
- LOTS of garlic (you're stinky for a few days, but it helps rid your body of the infection)
- ADVIL COLD AND SINUS: i'd just want to die without it! clears my sinuses and relieves all that pressure!

| but its almost over now - antibiotics worked real well - sudafed non drowsy 12 hour extended release is pretty good too - just got to see my doc now again on thurs and hopefully full clean recovery will be proclaimed. |
