Right here is the deal, I work for MacFormat creating the cover CD's for the magazine. This month we are producing an Audio special with iPod stuff, audio apps and unsigned amateur music. The music will be in MP3 format and is basically going to be included as part of a 'Fill your iPod' sort of section on the CD.
Unfortunately first you have to consider some legal issues.
1. You are not Signed to any label
2. You are not registered with MCPS
3. Your tunes contain no illegal samples, therefore no remixes, samples from films etc. I am afraid.
4. You have to sign and return a contract either by fax or scanning/email which basically makes the company I work for exempt from any legal fee's.
If you are able to answer yes to the above 4 statements then we will be able to include your choonz on the disc. The main readerbase is about 25 000, so you will get quite good recognition. :)
