do you guys know who endre is? anyway i knew about him after he got signed cause one day i was just web cruzing and saw the anjunabeats website and started reading the artist. then i read about endre and that he was a 17 year old who got signed for one song kallocain.
the songs tight , i cant believe endre is this forum. is it the real guy or an imposter?

Very very few people in this industry are rich by any means. Money is passed around over the heads of the producers and they have to jump and try to grab some as it goes by. :p |

tell you the truth once i heard that he got signed to anjuna beats i thought that for sure he recieved a record advance of about 10k +
i thought that he got for sure. i wish endre saw this post and filled us soon to be signed producers in on what happens when u sign a record deal.
say his record is released and a major dj plays it everyone goes out and buys it and it get a lot of media attention. is that the only way to make money?
please understand im using endre only as an example and am not trying to be noisy. |

the main money is in the royalties, take my word for it.
as for how much he got paid, well thats dependant on each track etc etc.
remeber thrillseekers - synaesthesia was signed by neo records for about £2k, simply becaue he was unheard of and was desperate for a contract.
can someone confirm if endre is signed to anjunabeats, or if kallocain is signed, there is a big difference obviously.
also, was the robert nickson remix done before or after the track was signed. i.e. was it commisioned or was it done for fun, with the intention to help get the signed.
