dj spins records
producer makes the records

sometimes djs are producers, like tiesto pvd etc

a producer makes tunes
a dj plays other peoples tunes (mixing them together)

believe it or not, the ration between producers and deejays = 1:10

Too many deejays out there....
maybe we have a kill the deejay campaign to even up the score! lOL!

Giant wakes up, checks fridge, exclaims:

Damn, we're out of producers! There goes my early mornin' brew, just isn't the same without the producer crucified on the spline of the glass.

::giant runs to local human-market::

Hey m8, got any producers left?

clerk: nawp, but we got a couple djs, these guys drink like fish too, so they are a bit like the worm in the tequila bottle if you know what I mean

::giant sighs in relief::
