I've always hated McDonald's commercials. They tend to pick out the most annoying faces/voices and EVERYTHING in their commercials.
THEY CHANGED THE McNuggets?! Why change the McNuggets? ANNOYING!!!
As for that BaSKATEball commercial. What the F$*#?
The Defence is tight, blah blah blah so let me have a Big mac? What sense does that make? And I'm not tryin to be racist here or anything, but not once have I seen a black person that was actually half decent at skating/rollerblading... |

Burger giant McDonald's has reported its first ever quarterly loss after it was hit by the costs of closing hundreds of its restaurants
The world's largest restaurant chain posted a net loss of $344m (£212m) for the October to December period, compared with a profit of $272m the year before.
It took a whopping $810m charge to cover job cuts, the exit from three Latin American markets and to pay for the closure of more than 700 restaurants, mainly in its two largest markets, Japan and the US.
McDonald's, which runs some 30,000 restaurants worldwide, has suffered from slow sales growth in the US, its largest market.
As some of you may know, McDonalds has changed its "Commercial advertisements". The old advertisement had a slogan which quoted "We love to make you smile" featuring kids eating fries and burgers to the new commercials that feature teenagers playing basketball in the "ghetto" and with a new slogan: "I'm lovin it".
Due to McDonalds huge loss, McDonalds is trying to make a comeback by putting Teenagers in their commercials by playing Basketball with a catchy rape-style slang "I'm lovin' it". Of course teens who are watching these commercials think "Oh, McDonalds is cool, lets go eat there". They don't realize what kind of food McDonalds is actually selling them, their "Big Macs" are made of 50% fat, that's like biting and eating a full raw vegetable. Eating just burgers alone for 3-5 days can kill you. The sad thing is that people KNOW this but still go to McDonalds and buy their product.
McDonalds has made millions of profits by selling their fast food and toys to teens and kids. Kids don't eat at McDonalds because they simply like the food, its the toys that McDonalds features to the kids. They see a new toy and automatically force their parents to go to McDonalds and get the new toy. Of course you had to order food to get the toy.
It amazing how big business corporations like McDonalds trick us with ideas like this. |

haha we haven't had these loving it adverts yet in the Uk however all the junior or lower members of staff wear these t shirts with I'm loving it on the back.
Like a few fridays ago the 2nd, a lot of people in my department had to work, and my manager weren't in so I was incharge for the day so in the morning I say to them all Maccy d's my shout? they all wanted one so I went through like the team expenses tin and treated them (not really much of treat more like poisoning them)
Anyways I used this as a quick shopping trip and took one of my team members out who I get on well with to give me a hand carrying the bags in, so as you do we took a long time and brought a load of shopping from Virgin Megastores & HMV, some cigarettes, coffee etc.
So after shopping I go into Maccy D's stand there and see these two skinny 17 year old girls with faces like a bag of nails serving and spotty 18 year kid frying the burgers who's probably jizzing into the mayo whilst no ones looking and I saw this t shirt on them all and the girl who served me was ing miserable so I say yeah right your REALLY LOVING IT AREN'T YOU! which didn't get a too nice reply, but If you have people at your local maccy d's wearing these t shirts please say this to them if their miserable with you.
Like I don't ever touch Mcdonalds food its ing rancid horrible, like when I ask people what they wanted at my work they seemed to know everything off the menu of by heart.
Plus just to end my essay there is a kid at my work about 18 years old he eats mcdonalds for breakfast Lunch and dinner the kid looks like an obese version of the elephant man. If you made an advert this is what you'll turn into eating maccy's they would go out of business. |

whaaaat. i dunno how that could kill you. but yeah the "im loving it" adds with the kids rapping or whatever they are doing are SO annoying. when i go to mcdonalds now i usually get a salad. but i used to get like 2-3 double cheeseburgers when i was in highschool. comming home from track meets, mcdonalds was the usual stop. mmmmm yummy.
ha, as im writing this there is a burger king commercial on. BK chicken club. now THATS good fast food. |
