Hey..i didnt know this forum had rules! hehe;)
First off...I'd like to say ignore the elitist trancers here...they dont contribute anything other than a poor attitude and a chuckle by making themselves look like donkeys...
WELCOME ... despite the tagline under my name...Im the biggest N00b here...just got involved in this forum AND this genre about 3 months ago. Lots to learn here, good community overall and plenty of good music in the amateur produtions thread.
I dont know what release groups even are...so, sorry on that one.

How releases group works ?? They got a white label somewhere and rip it and sent it to various ftps.. It takes a while till it spreads at filesharing progs..

Release groups work by having people who get promos and some who just steal amateur works and release them as cd-r's They are usually aged 12-16 with no idea or care on what a drain it can have on labels, It's ok to have mp3s if you buy, but the majority of these do not, and it makes it so that labels hate all mp3s |

I usually never flame anyone (search for my posts) I just flame when some n00b just registered here to ask some stupid mp3 (release group) questions.... I donīt want to turn the 'Music Discusion' turn into a mp3 / release groups discusion.. If you know what I mean.. |
