I saw something that looked like that third picture you posted when I was in georgia. We were driving and you could see this border of clouds where one side was all sunny. It looked like something that would be in a movie about the end of the world.

that pavement art is ing with my head big time. It is just a perspective trick though and probably doesn't look to real to the people standing in the photos :) If I'm wrong than.. holy :p

Yeah I guess you have to look at it from the right angle.

i have seen more of those sidewalk drawings before,, they are absolutly amazing,, the depth of field is astonishing! i think that if you really were there they would look pretty 3dimensional,, there were some other ones i saw that were based on dante's inferno,, and it looked like a vortex sucking people into it,, it was really really amazing..

( ps, i am an art major if that makes any difference,, im really not talking out of my ass)

this is jeff koons work,, this is actually cast steel polished imaculatly...one of my favourite pieces..

this is to show scale,, this is a big flower he did...

this is actually a really really huge painting its in the moma in new york,, and there are millions of hidden babies in it.. by Pavel Tchelitchew

That pavement art is way cool!!!

But I think Matt is also right about looking at the right angle.

Doesn't matter to me tho, it rocks!
