anti-mp3? wtf..who i said i were one?
i just made the connection between stealing a cd (music) and downloading mp3 (music)..one is considered death penalty and the other is a normal thing.. |
Yes, and I said there is no connection.
And what's this crap about "death penalty"?? |

Who cares? one bloody cdr was stolen, in the greater scheme of things this is pretty irrelevant as
1) it will be replaced
2) if it makes it to a release group well guess what it was going to eventually make it to one of them anyway
A hell of a lot worse goes on in the world people... how about a little perspective

Except you're not.
First of all, downloading mp3s is legal in many countries.
Second, when you download a mp3 it's not physically off anyone unlike actually stealing a CD.
Now stop preaching with your bull arguments that you anti-mp3 fanatics throw down every single time. They don't work any more (not that they ever did).
Also, I guess you were too busy being a smart-ass to notice that this thread hasn't got anything to do with mp3 in the first place. |
except mp3s are stealing ..end of..nothing you can say disproves that
even though there are good and bad points to the mp3 music spread, doing it is still 'literally' stealing.
if the artist does not consent to you having a copy of it and you take it , doesnt matter what country you are from it is stealing
and servers for ripped music is legal in some countries but stealing is the same every where..
so now how different would this be if someone cracked into tiestos ftp and stole this track(in mp3) then shared it to the rest of the world, and later, ppl from TA download the mp3 and say... "hey we didnt steal it its legal where i downloaded it from..."
keep dreaming |

To me downloading the mp3 is the same as going into a record store and listening to the records there. If I like it, I buy it.
I don't really give a damn about what you think because until they change the law I'll keep downloading.
Too bad, eh? |
