any feedback on this one?

The name sounds familiar... were you in mp3.com back when it was still good?
AtomikkPulse
Yes I was :), its nice people can still recognize you after all this time!

You sound familiar as well...
Mr.Mystery
Hmm, well...
I think this tune is definitely too long. I don't think it really has the elements to keep it interesting for over 10 minutes.

Also, I think the hihats dominate the mix a bit too much. I think you also need a bigger climax in the middle.

Other than that, it's quite a solid production and I will definitely be listening to it again.
AtomikkPulse
thanks for the input.

The reason its long is because I want to press it. DJs need the extra time for mixing and such. I am glad you like it...

Yeah, but 8 minutes would be long enough :)

I like the song as a whole and in general. Great tech trance filler track. Here are some comments:

1. what's up with the crackily sound? It kills me.

2. It takes a long time to get to the first break, almost too long

3. I can't hear the bass (too much highs in the mix)

4. The song should have ended at the 7 minute mark.
AtomikkPulse
FuzzyGreen, you think it should end at 7 min mark? Keep in mind that it is supposed to be long for DJing purposes...

A dj can easily mix a 7 minute tune. Check out any vinyl release, most of the tunes are only 6-9 minutes in length.

If I was using this song in a set I would probably mix out of it after letting it play for about five minutes.
AtomikkPulse
Fair enough.

I DJ myself, so I was just being extra DJ friendly.

Which part do you guys think needs cutting intro or the end?
