Red Alert (Floorkilla):

Green is a Hi-Fi stream, blue downloads. Pure acid trance, ANY and ALL CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM is greatly appreciated. I wanna know what ya'll think... |

Eh is hard to listen online a 192Kbps mp3 with a 256K ADSL
Good track.
Good the part with the pads and the FXs used.
Melodies are strong and the drums loop is essential, I think that matches with the genre.
It sounds like the Detroit genre.
Good !! |

Hey man,
Just listened to your track.
Whilst it's always difficult to tell someone what they should be doing from a creative stand point here is what I think would make the track better.
- The percussion is very simple and sound a bit empty. You could do with a few more high hats being worked in over the top.
- The over all feel of the song is quite nice but I don't think the part that comes in at the end of the 1st break down does it any favours. It comes in at 3:16 and just seems to go against the over all feel of the track in my opinion.
- I can hear a low frequency bass in there but only just. I think this track is definately missing a driving bassline. This would make it sound infinately better in my opinion.
- Your sounds are very crisp and that gives it a very clean sound which is a good thing.
I think the overall structure of the track is really good though and there are a ton of things you are doing right so don't be put off by my comments.
Looking forward to hear more work.
Stay safe

Type as i listen. Sounds nice and solid. Intro lead a bit wierd, different to what I'm use to. It's 2:22 and I'm kind'a getting bored of this intro. A bit of variation wouldn't go astray.
breakdown sounds really cool. At 3:17 though, the motion of the track is destroyed when all off a sudden everything changes. A smoother transition there would be good.
Track sounds pretty cool in general. I'm always interested to hear people's perceptions of Acid as most people all have their own little sound that is their acid. I guess I'm more use to completely overdriven 303s.
Nice one mate, keep em coming. |

| I'm starting to enjoy posting my tracks here. You people really know how to critique a track. Most people seem to think that 'critique' is synonomous 'insult me', right? ANyways...all comments taken seriously. Thanks... |
