hey mann ur transitions in ur first mix are pretty good for only 1 week!! i couldn't beat match worth the first week i had my decks. I'll definitely give this a listen. Its funny tho, after listeing to the set that i posted, one of my friends renewed his desire to buy himself decks.. so he's goin for this crazy setup

haha.... werd. mixing is mad fun, but i wanna try to focus on some production soon too. i started collaborating with someone i kno so hopefully that works out. i think this mix is a lot smoother, but ther are still many mistakes. also, alot of the mixes sound like i just took the tracks and blended the beginnings and ends. even though its mostly on beat, i dont think its interesting enough. if u or anyone has suggestions as to how to make it more energetic that would help.
Omegasox
There's not much to say this early in the game except keep practicing. Beatmatching only comes with practice, then you can work on other aspects of blending the tracks.

I see. Well if you Don't already have it, get it Here

Next. Winamp > Preferences > DSP/Effect > Shoutcast DSP

This will start the DSP

The connection information was in the email we sent you. IP, Port and Password.

Fill that information into the appropriate spots on the DSP. It is very easy.

If you have any questions, anyone in the chatroom @ the site will help.
