Here is the first of two mixes for my Ferry Corsten tribute. This mix has some TRANCE in it. I've always wanted to hear Gouryella, Walhalla, Tenshi, and Ligaya all in a row and that is what I did. There are some absolutely beautiful tracks in this mix. This is a man that can produce some serious stuff. I look forward to all that he has to offer in the future.

nice set of tracks :)
perhaps all the gouryella tunes next to each other is a bit much tho, would have been nice to start on the armin mix of walhalla and end on the original gouryella after the truth i think :)
but if u want them in a row as you said fair play, i would download but 56k heh, i'm sure your set will be enjoyed by many ferry fans ;) |

Ahh i got this straight away and i can't believe how mad it is.. although abit over the top to start with one of the 3 maddest traxx ever made... oh wells... still reckon its top notch...
One question? Did you find it hard to mix all such great songs in a row? Cause there ain't really a build up in the set, it start with a big bang ? Hehehe maybe im just speakin nonsense... |

Well, when I first planned it out, I planned to mix it up with some other Ferry tracks and create a build up, but then as I was looking at all his tracks, I decided to seperate his stuff a little. You'll find the second part different since it has a slight build up to it and differs in types of trance.
I really did intend on ending it with some of his harder stuff and just make one mix, but, well, it just changed. I decided to put most of his big tracks on this cd and put some explosive trance on it so it's a joy to listen to from beginning to end. I knew I might catch some flack for putting all the Gouryella tracks at the get go, but that's just what I wanted to do when I started mixing. Maybe I just got over excited. :crazy:
It wasn't very hard to mix since it had a lot of the same type tracks so the flow of it was easy.
