Old club track w/ Annie Lennox sample?

I remember hearing this track at a pop night club back when The Prodigy and Crystal Method were popular, about 1997-98. I'm pretty sure it's Annie Lennox singing "wooo oooh." It's a pretty typical dance tune with a good beat. I figure this would be an easy one for some old schoolers! It's been so long since I've heard the song I've about forgotten what it sounds like or how it goes...all I know is that I must find it or my soul will not rest!

| sweet dreams has a part where she gos whooo oooh in it - there are loads of remixes of that so i cant do more than that im afriad |
