| I just picked up Dude, Where's my Country it's Michael Moore's follow up to Stupid White Men. Macheal Moore is perpetually shedding light on the shady and deceitful BUsh administration, as he follows their move tit for tat across the board of our world. I think just about everyone ahould read this book, especially the Americans.. he is going to be running your country for another 4 years unless you do something about it. :D |

When America boycotted (or are you still?) France, Dubya kept his french chef. Poor bebe needed his pain au chocolat. :D
I bet Chapters would be more than willing to send you a copy for some money. |

and from the "slightly off topic" department: i was listening to the radio once and they had a show on where people called in... this lady said she removed all the 'french windows' (or doors?) in her house and put in some american windows... and the show host congratulated her about it and they went on talking about it, totally serious. i was like "wtf, how can people be that retarded?"
speaking of michael moore, a friend of mine hacked his website back in the day! :toothles

MOOREWATCH is dedicated to unearthing the truth behind the doublespeak and falsehood that spews from the mouth (and keyboard) of Michael Moore on a regular basis. Moore is a disingenuous danger to this country, and his assumptions and assertions should not go unchallenged. The collective expertise and research abilities of the entire Internet are more than enough to debunk most of the nonsense Moore regularly puts forth as fact, and we at MOOREWATCH hope to be the clearinghouse for this information. |
Methinks the Republicans are trying to call the kettle black. :happy2: |

That website is downright halarious. Scroll down about half a page and you can see them take on an "abortion" hate mail lol. It's obvious they pick and choose their battles. They also try to defend healthcare in the states... yep, they are crackpots. :) What's next, telling us our penal system is fine?
Not to say michael moore ISN'T a crackpot, I haven't read any of his stuff. They are just equally so :) |

hm i don't think that was the site i was thinking of :p
the one i remember pointed out places where moore used editing tricks and stuff to further his cause
stuff like at the anti-war rallies or w/e inserting footage of clinton rallies, but doing it so well you'd never know the huge masses of people they were showing were several years old and rallying for a completely different thing |

More like crackpot calling the kettle black. :p
I don't base his credibility on the movie, images are often more deceiving than words. His books are well cited, but I would like to see this essay.. |

Moore is a crackpot
No one really delves into his past and believe me, his past is as checkered as the president's. Micheal Moore loves to trash Bush but no one really takes on Moore. |

| i cant remember if i read it on TA or not, but apparently moore is endorsing wesely clark for the democratic nominee. this makes me a little skeptical, cause i cant help thinking of clark as a republican. |
