Perhaps that's because Above & Beyond didn't remix it. :p
It's a common mislabel; although the remix sounds very Anjunabeats-esque it's actually done by Andy & The Lamboy, who in fact did both a vocal mix and a dub. See discogs for more info. It's a great remix, although I've no info about the vocalist I'm afraid. |

That's correct.
And it's not a new tune anyway, it was made back in 2001. |
