I had the most ing scariest night ever.
It was the most frightning/realistic nightmare possible.
I don't know how to explain it but this, it all started off as a normal dream where everything seems fine, then this huge car crash just happens outside my house and I'm freaked out and run outside while I am screaming like crazy as I see the most scariest person in my life, this freaky ass white 95-year-old lady who gives me this frightening look words cannot explain how scared I was.
So I woke up.. laying in my bed.. pissing my pants.. around 1:30 A.M.. not knowing what to do.. I just sit there.. constantly opening/closing my eyes of having the paranoia that it will happen again.. I turn on some progressive trance and go back to sleep..
THEN (the most scariest part)
I swear to god, it was so real.. but so dreamy.. that I couldn't tell if this was a dream or reality.. I was unable to move any part of my body.. without seeing anybody "touching me" or any "figure near me". It was just me in my bed and everything seemed normal until I couldn't move a muscle. I was thinking in my head, "omfg.. am I goign to die in my bed.. no.. i cant" so I try to scream, nothing comes out. Sure it sounds like a dream but it was so real that freaked me out, finally I came to my senses and could not accept death right here so I moved my right arm with continous strength, as finally I regained concious and was able to move freely.
I'm sorry, I just had to tell this, it was too freaky.. too too freaky. |

| Not being able to move seems to be a common nightmare for a lot of people. At least on this forum anyway. :D |

| happens to me but im usually playing sports in my dreams when my limbs stop working...pissess me off everytime but i still manage to win the game |

the "can't move my body and can't scream" dream happened to me too, at least twice.

Its called Sleep Paralysis, it is more common that most people think.

I suffer from it for a few yrs now. probably do to lack of sleep, to much sleep, stress...etc..etc.
When it frist started, I was terrified, I would literal be scared of falling asleep.One time i was lying with my gf besides me and it happened and she said she saw me with my eyes wide open. during that time i myself was trying to yell out her name but I could not speak.
I would know a few secs when it would happen. Hard to explain, just a weird feeling and you heard weird sounds in your head and flashes of light. And during the paralysis, you just get even more scared cuz you have a feeling that you are gonna die, and then the shadows on the walls and ceiling and a feeling of a presence somEthing is in the room with you.
Yah I've gotten used to it now and doesn't occur as much these days. I used to get it at least every other night. Now it occurs maybe 2 or 3 times a month.But when it does, it still scares the outta me. but sometimes it's cool and I start to lucid dream after the sleep paralysis episode. |

sleep paralysis, medical condition
i thought i was unique and it was some evil thing but now im just like bleh whatever get it over with
just remember that theres nothing evil around you
i think I've had that twice where I wasn't able to breathe since I was covered by a blanket |

sounds like something from a Stephen King book!!!!
nothing quite this weird has happened to me. the only thing that comes close is that one morning, I woke up and got reeeeeaal depressed for no reason.
