hey there,
so I ordered 5 tunes from 3beat, and must say I'm kinda disappointed with their service thus far(or maybe it's the other way round, and Juno/Chemical have one hell of a service ;)).
But basically they take like 36 hours (average) to reply to my e-mails, and since I had no information from them 5 days after I placed my order, I decided to e-mail them asking what's goin' on. They said they had no order from me, but the morning I was reading that, I was already unwrapping 2 of the records I ordered! :rolleyes:
so the other 3 that are missing must be on back-order, I'm fine with it, what I'm worried about are only the shipping charges; they are no cheap records either, and when one of them does arrive, I don't feel like paying £3 every time they send me one.
So basically what I'm asking here is, to those have you that have experience from this store, do they charge extra each time a new package is sent or do they go with the price that was stated when all 5 tracks were ordered? (£7, like hmv usually does, send back-order items but with the shipping charge stated when I checkout?). Hell, if they charge me 3 times sending one missing record at a time, that will be £9 alone...
