Who are the cockiest DJs

Some DJs are really cocky when they do live sets, or at least whoever's MCing (I doubt it's always the DJ) is talking about how they're the greatest DJ ever throughout the mix. Just listening to Darude live at MegaMusicDanceExperience and it's a decent example.
Which DJs have the most talking going on during their sets? I'm not saying that this is a bad thing, it's just some amusement in the mix. |

| Ok so this isn't quite related, but something I have noticed thats strange and somewhat disconcerting is Hyperstate specific. What is it with those crazy Norwegians and saying the name of whichever DJ playing like they are posessed. there really isnt anything more diturbing that hearing some moron say tiesto or binary finary two times too many like that. freaky actually. peace. |

| About that Hyperstate thingy... If you have heard the livemixes ripped from radio, it's the radiochannel that adds those irritating voices, at least in 2000 when I visited.... I heard a clip from '99 though, and there was some guy screaming Tiesto all the time, which got annoying after a while... I can't understand how it helps the crowd hearing the Djs name 1 million times, in addition to reading it on a big screen and seeing him... |

| ok...yeah I wasn't sure about that. I first noticed something like this in Tiesto Live at Trance Energy. His was just going off the hook - right in the beginning - and then the radio station busts in with 'Dance Deptartment'. It so ruined the atmosphere. The worst part is that it was very American, or at least a non-American guy trying to sound American that it embarassed me a little too. hehe. peez... |

Ok this has kinda left the subject, but what really pisses me off, is the annoying "oooooaa oooooaa!" ooooooaaa oooooaaa!! from the crowd.
I dont know if you understand what i am talking about hear the noise is kinda hard to put into words.

But the worst , is livesets where there isnt anyone saying the name off the dj, but when it goes to a commercial, I can't stand that

Concerning the Hyperstate sets:
All the voices in all the sets, either Tiesto at Hyperstate 1999 or Ferry Corsten at Hyperstate 2000, were added by the radio...
Offcourse there is no voice at Hyperstate itself screaming out 'Tiiesstoo Tiesstoooo..' thats stupid! hehe
I think the radio adds it on there so people won't get a perfect recording from it...
At least nothing they can distribute and make money on... |
