Well it's a mixer designed for heavy duty scratching, so it's possible to do smooth mixes on this, but keep in mind it's not designed for that, everything is made for quick acces for battling purposes.
Well quality... If you did some research already, you might have found that the XS-8 is practically the same as the Ecler HAK360. And yes it's true. They licensed it, and changed some minor things (for example, looser faders, and doesn't have the Ecler Eternal fader). But most internals are identical.
And if you know that the HAK series are a huge favorite for turntablists these days (especially in Europe, where it has some big support), you're all set.
But the main question remains, can you deal with the fact it's a mixer made for turntablists mainly? |
