Sounds like mid 90's
Spun in an afterclub in Belgium called "The Maxx", other tracks in that set are tracks like "sasha - xpander", "rebirth - pure", chicane - Halcyon", "Human force - odyssey 3000", "Dillinger & Capone - Trysting Fields"...so it has to be one of those classics I guess...
