Ladies and Gentlemen, llllllets get ready to review. (type as I listen)
okay, I think the kick at the beginning needs some serious eq work to it. Its missing too much up top. I'm a fan of the breaks intro though, so we're 1 for 1.
Bassline is okay. I think 'maybe' missing a bit of higher frequencies too, but that could just be the crappy computer speakers I'm listening to it on.
Nice intro chord progression. Percussion is a bit standard by now though, could use some variation, little builds and stuff here and there. Up to the breakdown, cool little string sound. Again, I feel that the mix lacks some of the higher frequencies. This could be a monitor problem. Some master eq would do wonders.
Melody is pretty good, nice build. Some delay on the lead would be nice too just to fill it out a bit. Cool background piano melody.
Synths are quite nice. They could be better but they are still okay. There is a little bit of room for improvement here, although as I said, eq would help.
