OK. I got a place to make a BBQ on Sunday before Tiesto. It's a warehouse on NW 79th St just west from I95. Very close to Downtown Miami(like 15 minutes from space). The place on sundays is dead(So we can crank the music). Theres is olso plenty of parking. I think the place is good for a pre-party/BBQ.

shiiiat, a warehouse? hmmm... sounds nice, althought by the beach is tempting too... maybe we should have a vote?? do a poll?

OMFG... we could JAM at a warehouse!! :eyes: Seriously loud ass system, lights, keg(s), we could do this party right. Food can always be as easy as everyone ante up some cash and ordering lots of pizza.

if the warehouse thing dont work i was thinking that maybe it could be some kind of pool party bbq at a hotel someone stays at where they think the pool would be empty, and when lots of people get there, then u run to the store and buy w/e that way, no1 has to buy it ahead of time and spend all the money and not get some back.
edit: just read damon's long post about no bbq, so that cancels my idea ;) |

This sounds fun and all but it's to much of a hastle. Plus we have to worry about the cops and cause im pretty sure 70 people inside some old warehouse isn't legal. The dinner is safe, easy, and doesn't require much planing so im sticking to the dinner plan. ;) |

Just 1 suggestion kind of silly but still a suggestion
Since there will be so many TA's both at these meetups and at Ultra I was thinking everyone taking the liberty of wearing like a nametag with their s/n on it. like one of those hello my name is kind of things. connect the name and the face right away. or for those extremist a homemade shirt with your TA huge across your back.
