I tried the reverbs in Fruity, and they sound great. :)

But I'd like to know where you get the vocal samples for the songs, such as Satellite.
Shahar
Should the reverb being only on the REVERSed part ?!

I also recently found out that there was a remix comp for Delerium - Afterall last year, but I found out too late :(

Does anyone know if and where you can still download that remix pack? :D

You are working with sound. Whatever you do, if in the end it sounds good, you did a good job. Point. You don't need to follow rigid rules to come to a result, just experiment and listen. If it doesn't sound right, try to understand why. Or if you're not interested in doing that much thinking, just don't do that particular process again, cuz you know it will sound bad.

But to answer to your question, if you want a "regular" reverb trail on the end of the vocals, yes you can apply another reverb on the vocals played forward too. Just watch out you don't drown your mix with all the effects.

Guys, I dont understand you all.
I just wanna know which part of the vocal should be reversed..
For example... "As the rush comes"
If my vocal if "Embrace me, surround me, as the rush comes"
Which word should be reversed if I wanna get the same as you heard in my sample? (a&b remix) ?
mantisnl
just play around with some vocals man, u`ll understand it much better then when we tell you everything:rolleyes:
Dirty Ice
I wanna know where I can find these vocals at.
Dj Thy
It's just a matter of listening... If you had listened to your sample, you would have heard that the "upcoming trail" only happens on "embrace". I don't think I should explain further?
dj-sean
Seriously man you'll never learn if we just tell you everything to do.

We've told you that it's achieved by reverse reverb. If you're having trouble figuring out what part should be reversed, what do you think you should do? Answer: reverse the vocal, so the reverbed bit is now playing in the right direction. You should now be able to hear which part to reverse and reverb.

Shahar
I got the point. Thanks alot :D

Can someone put a sample of some voocal with reverse without a reverb?
djkuruption
