i began the night at Beecroft station 10 minutes early for the train, an hour later i'm still sitting there when cityrail graces the station with its punctual message "the trains do not work because of the lightning, we do not know when they will be fixed" :whip: typical :whip:
so nicknack and i drove into the city and missed a turnoff and became stuck in an endless array of labyrinthine one way streets (he was stupid enough to entrust tathi with a map ;) )
we found ourselves inside Home at about 11, and began our quest in finding TTers, TAers, ITMers and MCAers. While navigating the crowd we encountered some unusual behaviour, a guy in white passed a note containing an ID of a song to a guy in red, this type of conduct is exhibited only in the most hardcore of ravers, i believe we had found a tranceaddict?! Unfortunately we were needed elsewhere and it was not until i spotted him later that i realised that the guy in the red was none other than the infamous webmeister closely guarded by his faithful tranceaddict coterie, all further attempts to contact him proved futile :/
I began Armins set front center, I lost a metre every 5 minutes, only then did i realise the amazing amount of talent it takes to actually stay at the front. It was not until i was flanked by the most terrifying sight known to ravers that i decided to relocate. "Armins Army" was closing in leaving me no choice but to retreat. :nervous: :nervous: I abandoned all social etiquette and pushed my way to the front and didn't move from there for the rest of the night.
About 4 hours through the set i noticed waxology dancing beside me, i recognised him from his pic in the tiesto review thread, my throat was raw from screaming all night so i introduced myself with my mobile phone (isn't technology amazing? :) )
The night was amazing, i met alot of great people, unfortunately only one TAer, but there is always next time :)

Everything has pretty much been said. i had a great night all up. i think for the first time i heard the entire set without wandering off on some random adventure (until armin finished:crazy: )
The crowd was going nuts. Like the sublime guy said at the end..they have never seen the place so pumping before.
i heard the tracks i wanted to hear- Rio klien- Fearless, Bosanova- Stonecold and Relocate- Waterfall so i had a good night. Some of his mixing was a bit off at the end but that may be expected after 5 hours of power.
Best hands in the air moment for me was 7 cities. Top stuff.
Also he played Mr Sam vs Fred baker- Forever waiting with Andain- Summer calling Acapella and Mr sam vs Tim Coltrane- One more day. Nice.
All up a great weekend with all day saturday spent on a mates motor boat cruising the waterways and drinking beer.

I couldn't be assed with ppl shots....I got a lil carried away and ended up with like 150 shots all of armin *lol* Can't think of a worthier use of my cam tho ;) |

Hahaha Beemer that's crazy! It's almost like seeing every 10th frame of a video of Armin (and Armin only, just as pinkhelmet's top said... it must have had an influence on you!). |

hehe, i cant blame you after the night we had :)
the guy who did it was big white shirt, maybe collared? blonde hair, you had your backs facing me, so i didn't realise it was you until i saw your face and recognised the same shirt
