Hmmm... bit impatient aren't we? Bumping after 27 mins ;)
Percussion needs work but the samples you have used are good. Not so sure about congas in the breakdown either. I think that would work better as a hi hat. Perc also needs filling out in general to give it a richer feel.
This track also sounds as if it's out of key with itself in parts, probably because of the bassline. It's just something that doesn't flow right.
Your levels are pretty good though as you can hear everything.
I would say the bassline is very weak and lacks imagination. What I would do with it is break it up into two parts. Write a slightly higher frequency bass melody and than have a more pumping deeper bass.
The track needs a bit more work on the melody, some thing to define it more.
Not keen on the choir synth. But the melody it plays does go with the rest of the track.
Well done on the pad sound in the breakdown. Very good sound work there and it's probably my favourite part.
You are definately making progress though as this definately getting there.
Still prefer 'Feel it' as it has a stronger feel to it.
Keep it going mate.
Cheers
