| Does anyone have any .rns files of well known songs? I am experimenting with Reason 2 and I just wanted soemthign i could mess with. |

| Try MIDI instead. I really doubt anyone would give a full RNS away. |

| Hey sorry if these questions seem simple but I am new to Reason. Once I have a MIDI file how do I go about getting it into reason? I tried the import MIDI file into reason but I am having trouble getting it to produce any sound. If you could give me a few quick tips I would really appriciate it. Thanks |

you don't get any sounds out of midi files.. you gotta set it to a synth and make your own sound |

| I understand that there is no sound from a midi file i am having trouble setting the synth to make the sound, that is my question how do you do that. |

| Assign a synth for the midi track or move the midi data to an already existing synth lane (which should appear automatically as you create a synth) in the edit window. |

Hehe, you forgot about sysex. You can get sound out of a midi file as long as the sound is programmed for the same sound module/synth. |

Check www.reasonstation.net. There are some guys who tried to emulate some songs. |

| I have reason 2.0 when i tried to open the file it says that the file is too new. Is there any patches ofr this ro a way to fix it? |
