a question about tiesto;s magik 6 and 7

i asked this in the general music forum and got no responses and so im assuming it was the wrong forum to ask...
but is whats on the cd all that there was at the party... or was the set cut down to fit a cd... magik 6 seems to be alot faster then most sets so im thinking they sped it up some to fit more on a cd but then maybe tiesto was spinning faster... but is there more to it... and is there a live recording of those nights that isnt the cd itself... just curious

both Magik 6 and 7 are recorded live. and they are not speeded up to fit on the CD. the reason why the songs sounds a bit faster is because DJs often pitch up the tunes. thats why Airwave - Escape from nowhere sounds so fast on Magik 6. Tiesto pitched it to fit together with the rest of the tunes.
I have seen Magik 6 (the liveset) but dont know about Magik 7. |

| Magik 6 was live recorded at a Wildlife party in 2000. And yes, it is cut to fit on a cd, that's why the last track fades out. |

| magik 7 is cutted to a cd too, at least during push - strange world :( |

somewhere I remember seeing a tracklist of what Tiesto played in the un-recorded part of Magik 7
