Driving about 30mph and car in front of me slams on breaks, so i break, and have sufficent amount of space in front so breaking was at a good distance, but person behind was up my arse and hit my bumper.

I have £156 worth of damage, got it estimated today. His bonnet was all up, ing idiot driving a couple of meters behind me. Why the hell do ppl do that? im gonna get a sign on my car saying "if you can read this then you are too close, WEAR A CONDOM!!!"

Anyway, iv been driving 6 months, and i was bloody really shaken, took me a big jump when he hit me.

oh well...

i do believe that anyone who hits the back of you is at fault in insurance terms. think its something to do with the fact that they shouldn't hit you in the 1st place as they should be keeping their distance. get the git to pay!!!

yes that's absolutely true. he shouldn't be driving that close in the first place. better hope the bloke isn't uninsured since a lot of these bastards get away with crashes like this.. :( good to hear that there is just physical damage to the car..

The blokes with More Than insurance so he s insured! I got ot get a curtosy car as well coz mynumber plate lights are ed and i need a new bumper. Cannotdrive legally without lights on number plates, so they have to provide me with insurance.

I just dont want no grief coz i get really nervous when i talk to the insurance ppl, esp his, coz they were quite rude to me on the phone like it was all an inconvenience to her!

Oh well, lucky i dont start uni till next monday, so hopefully il be ok until i start there.

It's winter. Summer tyres have less grip under 7 degrees Celsius.

People drive to fast at the given circumstances.

In cold weather, brains work slower and concentration is down.

It's the curse of Saddam.
