This may sound a little odd since I'm European..
Anyone familiar with the PBR-series, (Pro Bull Riding), cause it sounds like an all American sport to me :D
Don't call me a hillbilly bad-ass for bringing up this subject but I recently discovered that some Scandinavian channels were airing PBR competitions and they got my attention..
It's pretty amazing what those guys do to stay on the bull :)
At first I started watching it for the incredibly dangerous moves and 'buck-off's sometimes but when you've been watching it for a while you pick up some points about the sport :)
I'd never dare to go sit on a bull like those myself, I mean those riders right arms are twice as thick as their left (and no, not cause they jack off so much hah :D)
Since information about this sport is pretty scarce here maybe some Americans or Aussies can fill me in on first hand? (I allready know the website pbr-now.com, I believe). Anyone know something about the start of the 2004 season? :conf: Wonder when it gets aired here, usually there are two to three weeks delay between US and EU transmissions :( |
