I say that because although sometimes you do things on the spur of the moment, for the most part, people do things for a reason. If you do something and you don't know why, you tend to get locked up...

why not? relies on the argument "abscense of proof is proof of abscense".
why? why not? is just two people lacking arguments and pointing it out to each other. There has to be a because to make a proper diskussion...
