so I am lazy, I already fell asleep 3 times today for a total napping time of 4 hours. well hey I am only taking 9 credits.
k well I slacked on getting a parking permit until today when I got my first parking ticket. $15, thats a few beers gone from my limited budget.
well this school does all their parking permits online, so I went online, ordered it, $37...dats a lotta beer, and I printed out a temp permit.
now I am thinking of going down to the parking ticket peeps and showing them this temp permit, and saying I had it but I still got a ticket. The only date on my temp pass is today's date, no time stamp.
I doubt it will work but do you think it is worth it. Or will they just bring up their handy computer, check on my file, say..wait a sec, you got this @ 4:30....your tix is at @11am. thereby making me run quickly away.
any thoughts... |

I'm sorry for this reply but I do feel STRONGLY compelled to ask - you had to seek HELP for this on a in internet forum?

eh, I hope I don't come off as a prick so let me try.
I know what I am doing. I knew what I was gonna do before I posted....in fact I knew what I was gonna do exactly when I got the ticket (which I knew I would get this morning).
it is not that I call upon the all knowing power of an internet community to make my minor life's decisions. I am merely bored as I only took 9 credit hours this semester.
SO I was hoping maybe someone would come up with a witty comment, a funny hijack, hell maybe another stupid alliance would come out of this.
At the least I hoped to kill a few minutes.
So yes, I can think on my own and I usually assume that people can also think on their own. so sorry, but I smrt. |
